Our customers in the south east are the biggest users of water in the country and consumption is on a rising trend due to the high rate of new housing development and the fact that more water is being used in gardens. We have therefore placed particular emphasis on promoting water efficiency to our customers and stimulating greater economy in the use of water. |

with the community We work closely with Working Herts and Working Luton who provide work experience for unemployed people. We have a purpose built Environment and Education Centre in Hertfordshire and run a comprehensive education programme, linked to the National Curriculum.
