What does it mean if there are two addresses at
the top of my bill?
Sometimes the supply address is different from
the billing address. This can be for a variety of
reasons, such as bills for landlords, or small
businesses who may have their bills paid by another
location. |
 |
Why do I have two separate charges for my water
use?
Sometimes, depending on the timing of your bill,
your water usage and waste water charges will be
charged on two different rates. This is because our
charges are revised on the 1st April each year. Your
water use and waste water charges before the
1st April will be charged on one basis, the charges
after the 1st April will be charged on another basis. |
 |
Why can’t I see any standing charges on my bill?
If you have requested a re-bill, for example after
supplying a meter reading, the re-bill may not
include standing charges. |
 |
I am not happy with my estimated bill. What can
I do?
We are happy to accept an actual reading
provided by you and will then re-bill your account.

How is my estimated bill calculated?
If you have lived in your property for some time,
it is normally based on your previous water usage.
If not, it is based on the number of occupants we
believe are in the property. |
