Three Valleys Water is committed to providing reliable supply of wholesome drinking water that meets regulatory requirements as well as satisfying the expectations and needs of our customers.

A proven record of Water Quality
Three Valleys Water's commitment to supplying you with safe water of the highest quality involves the following:

	The treatment and supply of 865 million litres of water daily.
	The quality of our drinking water is carefully checked and assessed by thorough monitoring at every stage from the source, right through to your drinking water tap.
	Every week we conduct about 7,000 tests on water from treatment works, storage reservoirs and customers' own taps.
	The drinking water in our area is of a very high standard. We have consistently improved the quality of our drinking water and in 2006 99.97% of the regulatory tests carried out complied with the relevant standards.
