Responding to your queries and complaints

We treat communication in writing in much the same way as scheduled appointments. If you believe that we have caused you inconvenience, annoyance, damage or loss, please inform us in writing promptly (by post or e-mail) so that we can attempt to put things right immediately.

If we do not answer all written complaints (including billing queries) within 10 working days, £20 will be paid out to you automatically.
