Low water pressure

Water pressure can be influenced by either your pipework or ours. If you think you are receiving low water pressure please call us and we will advise you accordingly.

If we find that you have low water pressure (under the conditions set out below) then £25 will be paid out to you:
If your water pressure falls below 7 metres head on two occasions, each lasting for one hour or more, in a 28 day period.
This does not apply where low pressure results from necessary maintenance work, drought or actions beyond our control.
The payment will be made only once in any year.
