Billing queries 1. Requests to change payment

| If we fail to send a letter to you, explaining why we cannot action your request, within five days, £20 will be paid out to you automatically. | |||||
| 2. Account queries If you query the correctness of your account in writing, we must send you a substantive reply within 10 working days. |

| If we do not send you a substantive reply within 10 working days, £20 will be paid out to you automatically. | |||||
| 3. Billing errors We will reimburse any banking charges that you incur as a result of a billing inaccuracy. We will also reimburse any Direct Debit charges that are taken incorrectly. In the unlikely event that a court judgement is entered against you as a result of our error we will pay you a minimum of £50. |
