Appointments with you 1. Scheduling appointments |

| If we do not give you a two-hour slot on request or if we fail to specify a morning or afternoon appointment £20 will be paid out to you automatically. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 2. Changing
appointments If for any reason we have to change or cancel our appointment, we will give you 24 hours notice. |

| 3. Missed appointments We will try our utmost to keep our appointments. |

| If we miss an appointment, due to circumstances other than severe weather or industrial action, £20 will be paid out to you automatically. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 4. Health &
safety We will always leave your property as tidy and secure as when we arrived. |
