Leaks inside the home
If you think you may have a leak on your internal pipes, you can take two different courses of action:
1) Follow the detailed investigations and guidance on the following pages. Please read through all the information, follow our advice and carry out the test to see where the water is being used.
2) Have a logging device installed on your meter that will record all water used over a period of about two weeks. We will do this and provide you with a detailed report summarising our findings. The service is chargeable (minimum £90) and can be requested at any time, although we do strongly recommend you follow the steps in 1 above first.
