Employee Community Sponsorships
Three Valleys Water supports its staff and their voluntary work through offering them the opportunity to apply for grant aiding which can be used for a specific project to assist any voluntary groups which they are involved in. During 2005 the following projects have been supported:
	ADD-vance – supporting parents and carers of children with Attention Deficit Disorder to maintain a telephone helpline.
	Prestwood Nature – for improving the village pond in Prestwood, Buckinghamshire.
	1st Iver Scouts – creating an environmental area near the scout hut.
	Watton-at-Stone Football Development Centre – to improve the sports facilities for young people at the club.
	6th North Watford Scout Group – renovating the scout club house.
	Mapledown School, North London for children aged between 11 – 19 years with severe and complex learning difficulties – funding the work required for existing go-karts to pull trailers around a track at the school.
