Whether you choose to join us as a technical graduate or a general business graduate, you'll be given challenging roles and the chance to participate in key business projects. Underpinning this will be training and development opportunities during the course of your three-year programme. |

| Business graduates |
|
A varied range of placements across the business and involvement in project work will lead to a clear understanding of what makes our business a success, and how our day-to-day activities and future strategies fit into the regulatory framework. You will make a valuable contribution towards helping Three Valleys Water achieve its ambitious strategies and objectives for the future.
Business graduates are required to achieve or have achieved a minimum 2:1 in a Business or a relevant alternative degree.

| Technical graduates (Engineering or Scientific Degrees) |
|
A mix of work placements and involvement in project work will help you gain a clear understanding of how we meet operational objectives and regulatory requirements without ever compromising on water quality, health and safety or the environment.
As one of our technical graduates, you'll be able to apply your skills to understanding and dealing with operational issues in all the “source to tap” processes and activities.
Technical graduates are required to achieve or have achieved a minimum 2:1 in one of the following subjects.

Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Chemical)
- Maths
- Statistics
- Environmental Science
- Chemistry
- Physics

| What we look for in our graduates |
|
As well as your university qualification, you'll need to possess a few other important qualities to be successful as a Three Valleys Water graduate.
Leadership skills are important. If you're the sort of person who can lead by example and motivate others to always deliver best possible results, you're our kind of graduate. And if you've got the ability to build effective working relationships, we'd also love to hear from you. Add outstanding communication skills, a real flair for effective decision-making and an enthusiasm for continuous improvement to this list, and you'll start to get a picture of exactly what we are looking for.
A driving license is essential and the ability to speak French is desirable.

| Benefits Package |
|
It is anticipated that starting salaries will be around £21,000. While you are on the Graduate programme you will receive a salary review every six months where you'll be eligible for increases dependant on meeting agreed objectives. You'll also receive a one-off bonus of £1,500 after satisfactory completion of your initial twelve months with us. Other benefits include holidays starting at 24 days, rising with service, and a good contributory pension scheme. |
