How are Large User Tariff
Bills calculated?
As with all water bills, Large Users pay for two separate services:
1. The water supply
2. The wastewater removal |

| If you are on the
'Large User Tariff', your bill will have the following
elements: |
|
Water supply
services:
1. An annual'standing charge' for your water supply
applicable to the size of the meter
2. A volumetric charge calculated by multiplying
the volume of the water supplied as determined from
the meter reading or estimated by the Company, by
a rate per cubic metre.
3. A 'Large User' supplementary fixed charge |

Wastewater removal
services:
4. A 'standing charge' for your wastewater removal
by Anglian
Water or Thames Water* depending on where
you are.
5. A 'variable' charge from Anglian Water or Thames
Water* for your wastewater removal calculated on
the amount of water you use.
6. A 'Large User' supplementary fixed charge. |

| Large User Tariffs
may vary according to the amount of water you use.

| We usually make
individual arrangements with those on the Large
User Tariff. |

Can I change from the Large
User Tariff? |
You can change
back to paying Standard Meter Charges by giving
written
notice to us.
You can only opt to go onto the Large User Tariff
and cancel this tariff once in any 12 months. |
