How to pay your water bill
(Please note: this information is intended for customers with a water meter living in areas other than the North Surrey area)
There are a number of ways in which you can pay your water bill. If you do not specify a particular method, we will send you a bill every quarterly or half-yearly that should be paid within 14 days of your receiving it, using any of the methods identified on your bill. |

Direct
Debit
Paying by direct debit is easy and efficient and
enables you to enjoy the flexibility of choosing
from a Monthly budget scheme over 12 months,
2 six-monthly payments, or quarterly payments. |

to sign the form and send it to us at Three Valleys
Water. |

| There are no set-up
charges and we will send you a schedule of proposed
payments to be taken from your bank account (on
the 1st day of each month) in line with the payment
plan you choose. |

Cheque
You can pay by two six-monthly, four quarterly or
12 monthly payments.
Cheques may be sent, with the Giro (payment) stub
to Three Valleys plc, P.O. Box 48, Bishops Rise,
Hatfield, Herts, AL10 9HL.
Cheques should be made payable to 'Three Valleys
Water plc.' crossed A/C Payee Only and must not
be post dated. Please write your customer reference
number, as shown on your bill, on the back of the
cheque.
Receipts will be issued on request if you return
the complete bill with your payment. |

Bank
You can pay by two six-monthly, four quarterly or
12 monthly payments.
Payment may be made at any bank. No charge is made
if you pay by cash or cheque at a branch of your
own bank or any branch of Barclays Bank. Please
use the payment stub attached to your bill. |

Giro
You can pay by two six-monthly, four quarterly or
12 monthly payments.
If you have a National Girobank account, complete
the Giro (payment) stub and send it to the National
Giro Centre. |
