Q4. Are there different ways in which I can pay my water bills?

1. Metered Customers:
We will normally send you a bill every six months, but you can pay your water bills at different intervals, for example by monthly instalments, depending on the payment method you choose. Click here to find out more about payment methods.

2. Unmetered Customers:
We will normally send you a bill each February/March, however you can pay your water bill at different intervals, for example by monthly instalments, and you can opt to pay using a number of different payment methods. Click here to find out more about payment methods.
