Water meter installation: a 2-Stage process

1. You will need to complete and return the application form - the quickest way to do this is online - this form will open in a new browser window. Alternatively you may phone the Call Centre on 0845 752 3333 who will post it out to you.
2. In most cases there is a separate water supply to the property and the meter will be fitted close to where it enters your property. This work will be carried out by our approved contractors. If for technical reasons we cannot fit the meter inside then we will agree a suitable position for the meter outside your property. Once again, external installations will be carried out by approved contractors.
