Low water pressure If you think you are receiving low water pressure at your kitchen tap, call us and we will investigate free of charge. |

| If we find that
you have low water pressure then you can claim compensation. This does not apply where the low pressure arose from necessary maintenance work, drought, or actions beyond our control. The payment will be made only once in any year. If your water pressure falls below certain limits, other than for the above stated reasons - £25 will be paid out to you. |
