If we need to come to
your premises we will specify either morning
(before 1pm), or afternoon (after 1pm). Alternatively
you may request a two slot e.g. between 13:00
- 15:00.
If we do not give you a two-hour slot on request
or if we fail to specify a morning or afternoon
appointment - £20 will be paid out to
you automatically.
2.
Changing appointments
If for any reason we
have to change or cancel our appointment,
we will give you 24 hours notice. If we don't give
you 24 hours notice - £20 will be
paid out to you automatically.

Missed appointments
We will try our utmost
to keep our appointments. If we miss an
appointment, due to circumstances other
than severe weather or industrial action,
£20 will be paid out to you automatically.
4.
Health & safety
We will always leave
your property as tidy and secure as when we
arrived.
We may compensate you if your property was
not left in the same condition as it was on
arrival - sums will vary.
